I have over 20 sites with these guys and I gotta say they are the best! I have never had problems and Gerry is Top Notch!

I have sites hosted at 101SiteHosting for over 2 years now. I am just one of many happy and very satisfied customers. Emails were always promptly answered, they take care with any my problems and keep my sites up & running.
This time, Gerry also fixed several site errors for me. (include error in my .httaccess file ; files and folders were stored in the wrong place and he moved them).

I am always stunned by the rapid-fire response given for even the most mundane questions. I\'m sure I\'m not one of the biggest customers, but 101 sure makes me feel like I am. Highly recommended.

Too bad that 5 stars is as high as my vote can go. 101 is superb! Your emails are always prompt, to the point, and in language I can use without a translator. Your site seems to be far more problem-free than most of the sites I hear of ... plus your people are a joy to work with. Bravo on such fine service - and keep up the outstanding work! I sing your praises wherever I go.

Help for the Hopeless -

No matter how simple a hosting site makes it seem, for a beginner creating your own website can be a daunting task. In truth the process was pretty straightforward, but there were a few unplanned twists and turns along the way.

The thing I most appreciate about 101sitehosting is that their tech support people are willing to go the extra mile to help you out of any corners you may paint yourself into. And they don't make you feel like you're hopeless.
You non-techies know what I'm talking about!
